Well, since I came down here I have had to fight more and stressed out over things that has no business stressing. I used to live IN Landmark of Maple Glen in Orange Park and that was the worst experience in my life and at least I thought it was. Now I am living in this place which is renovated and it is so nice until I was made aware that the building I live in....... so infested with squirrels running behind the walls and scratching through the walls to get in...... is the most stressful time in my life. The Management of the building knew damn well there were a massive squirrel issue and have the nerve to treat me like Im wrong, it never happened... and talking about me and stating that I am the only one in the building who is going through this. All the tenants are going through hell!!! except one person who feeds the squirrels and causing issues in the building. The management doesn't want to pay for the squirrel removal. Here's the thing: ** I offered to pay for the squirrel removal out of my pocket and pay the rent in full* Do you know what they did!!! They turned me down and said they would pay for it.... But yet they have not gotten anyone to fix this. In my opinion, they know the squirrels have lived in this building for years and never even tried to get rid of them. Everyone knows that when a squirrels finds a place and you don't get rid of it and they lived there for more than a month to years.. You will never get them out. Im going give them 2 days or I am going to call Jacksonville News to cover the story and report them to the Orange Park Housing Authority.
When I was living in Maple Glen: They told me I got a brand new carpet and as it turned out it wasn't and I had flees biting on my feet. Lizards was coming in through the chimney and dog shit everywhere. Dogs were pissing and shitting everywhere without pick up and my apartment was not in a dog park area either. Management did nothing to resolve anything. The flea situation I had to do that on my own.... Now I come here to this place Squirrels, Squirrels and more squirrels. Here we go again with the bullshit.
I cant reveal this second disaster until fufill my lease...
