Claudia Reid- Building 28 Community Manager promised to make good on Squirrel Issue

The Community Manager and the Assistant Manager  came to the apartment to see for themselves what the issue was and they were astonished over the hole in the AC/HEAT room. The Assistant Manager took pictures and set up construction on Wednesday to open the walls  and clear out what's in the building.   We talked and apologized to each other for the lack of respect we've shown each other over the months. She acknowledge that there is a problem and she is going to fix it. She also acknowledge that there was water damage as well. That happened before I moved in... So you now what that means... BLACK MOLD
She said that there is something clearly here in the building why the squirrels keep coming back.  She is going to do an inspection finally!  And inspect everyone's apartment to find any loose ends to secure the building.

I am so pleased and a bit secure that she is finally coming through.  But I didn't like really was the fact that she is relying on head of maintenance again to fix the issue when it was him that stated in the first place and more than once that there is no entry whatsoever for the squirrels and he made me believe several times and made it look like I was crazy.

Then he told the Community Manager that I was crazy.  Well I guess I wasn't ... wasn't I.

CLAUDIA REID: NOW SHE WANTS TO SEE MY APARTMENT! PROPERTY MANAGER SHOWS CONCERN LAUGHABLE!

This morning, A+ Animal Solutions person came in and walked around the apartment and went inside the AC/HEATING VENT.  And saw the openings and then he walked around the building and saw the Squirrels and more entry in the building. 

The smell is pungent beyond repair.  Now that the guy from A+ told them more than once and he offered to fill the holes one more time

Now the property manager wants to come to my apartment  after all this time.  I walked in to pay my rent ****WHICH I SHOULD HAVE NEVER DONE***** BUT I AM A BETTER PERSON AND MY MOTHER DIDNT RAISE A LOOSER*** PAY YOUR BILLS!!

I WALKED IN THE OFFICE AND I BARELY SAID ANYTHING TO THEM.. DONT GIVE A SHIT TOO EITHER.  THEY DONT DESERVE ONE SYLLABLE FROM ME!

PERSONALLY I DONT CARE ID SHE SHOWS UP OR NOT... IVE HAD 2 REQUEST TO COME HERE AND THEY NEVER CAME. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE NOW

I set up an a Work Order to have the massive hole covered in my AC/HEAT VENT ROOM in my apartment and this is the what the maintenance man wrote to me WHY!!! we cant have that hole covered regardless whether SQUIRRELS are coming in or not.

According to the proximity being behind the H/W heater and on the Floor... Its going to require cutting more wall to cover a smaller section..

 

Lets see how I took letter:

HMMMMM! your telling that you cant and you want me to understand that and I have to live with Squirrels coming into my home! 

Is that what your telling me.

Read the letter and tell me what you think and if I am wrong!

We received your service request this morning regarding the holes in the A/C closet and request for service from Massey.  Maintenance will be filling the holes in your closet today and you have been put on the list for pest control  services for Tuesday, 1/6/15.  In addition, the exterior of the building will be inspected by A+ Animal Solutions later today or tomorrow.

	No I set up the service call again in regards to this. Self explanatory. I asked if we can cover that massive entrance in the AC/HEAT VENT ROOM. The maintenance guy came ofcourse after I left for work.  They never come when Im there because they know what they are gonna get from me. Dear Mr Dixon,

I may need your assistance on an issue that involves ????? Orange Park.  There is a infestation of Squirrels in the building ripping holes  in apartments and terrorizing tenants.  I was not made aware of the Infestation of the Squirrels and I did ask if there was a rodent problem in the Building an there answer was *** No Ms. Reid ** We don't have that problem here ever!*  I have been writing blogs, doing internet radio spots, writing emails letters and have done everything under the sun to fix this matter and nothing was resolved.  I have paid my rent every month on time with no issues until present.  I think that if you do not pay it doesn't give you a good name and it makes you feel low and look low I am not that person.

I was wondering if maybe I can meet you at Riverside or if you want you can come here to my apartment and I will show you what I am talking about.

If you feel this is something that is not worthwhile I most certainly do understand. I do have photos I have posted on my blogs and copies of emails to property managers and answers from them...  Please let me know if you would be interested.
