I have always been in control of myself because it is the right  thing to do and that's what your suppose to do right? What happens when you meet someone that makes you slip up, and your most intimate thoughts spills.... and watch yourself talk so much and you cant stop talking.  And you think to yourself.... Shit! did I say that!

Its crazy how I have to fire my security guard in my head because things are slipping out that normally I keep locked up.  I have always felt that no one can ever get in my head. NO WAY! I am so good in not showing my emotions ,,, Now I just don't know anymore.. Is that GOOD or BAD?

I wish I could step out of myself and say *** Shut Up Bitch!! **** just shut up! Can you do that.

Claudia Reid: Having Sex with my Brain has me lost in Translation

Lost In Translation: Its when they translate something and the original meaning can not be perfectly translated word for into the other language. So they have to rephrase or say what they mean in a different way.
Have you ever thought your life is enough and you don't need anything else.... Your Good?  Your jar is full and nothing else can get in?  Something happen to me and I just cant say what it is, but its like the first time I have ever really asked for something that was impossible and actually got it.  I am a firm believer in GOD. Every move I make its GOD pulling the strings..... But this person came out of no where and totally fucked up my head and left a stain that cant be removed.  I am trying so hard to reprogram my brain to not get trapped in admiration and it scares me. 

I am a person that loves to learn and that's my weakness.  If you say something different that I have never heard in a lifetime I will be drawn to you until you do or say something I don't like.  A beautiful face, a great body does nothing for me.  You would just be eye candy and something to look at when I get bored.  When you have sex with my brain and its so good  and I get that tingle its a wrap for me.

CLAUDIA REID: BUILDING 28 IN ORANGE PARK IS FINALLY FIXED AFTER 8 MONTHS! Squirrel Damage is Fixed

Remember the entrance for the Squirrel in my AC VENT... I applied so much pressure on the Community Manager she finally came through and got All Weather Contracting to cover it

 

 

 

Remember the digging of the hole that the squirrels started?  Look at this now.. Its fixed

It has been fixed!

Well I emailed  my Property Manager to advise her of my findngs on the infestation.  This is what I told her.. Hopefully she will answer back:

After our talk of misunderstandings... This is not an attack on anyone at all.  This whole thing happened way before we talked about the infestation. The A+ Solutions guy said that the reason why he hasn't come back because you stopped the service 

After I heard that I got angry and got my own animal trapper to trap the squirrels. I just wanted to be honest with you.  I have my own traps and protective gloves for the guy I hired to remove them. 

We ran a test and found feces and urine which is called red urine marking the territory by the squirrels.  He advised me to stop using the AC because it will blow out the toxins. I don't know how much I have of it. But I just wanted to get the matter resolved. 

He advised me that as long as there is pissed soaked stains  It can make me ill.  He said if they are a place without a food then more likely there is an entrance close by where the squirrel is feeding from. He said that the squirrel found a food source in the building. That food needs to be taken away immediately before more damage is done. He said that wires are chewed up and may cause a fire.

I got the apartment inspected to see what I was dealing with.  There was nothing open or pulled or unscrewed at all. The inspection was behind the stove, the washer and dryer and the AC ROOM. 

The neighbor next door and the woman behind us are the food source for the Squirrels.  This matter will never get resolved unless we get rid of the food source next to me and behind me. I am surrounded by rats and Squirrels because of these people.  8 months of this because of these people is making life hard on you and hell for me and Debra.  Debra has cancer and she has urine stains on her ceilings and rat and squirrel poop in her apartment. Im scared that might happen to me medically.  She has toxins in her apartment.

The guy I hired said that  Most likely, your insulation is soaked with squirrel urine. will have to remove the heavy, wet insulation and discard it. Wrap it well in plastic bags. Wear protective clothing and a face mask when you do this because you can be sure that there are many bacteria and parasites within the insulation. Disinfect the entire area before you replace the insulation.  He said that it can be done with BLEACH.  He said that if the food source is removed and they refuse to leave they will get more aggressive than they already are and it can put us in danger.   All I know is that I am trusting you with this. I have no choice even after 8 months

Clauda Reid: Building 28 in Orange Park, FL - I dont know if I will be renewing my lease. You Think?

A lot of time has passed and it has been 8 months of sheer hell not being comfortable for a home I am paying for.  The building manager states that she wants to make this my home. I appreciate what she has said but too much time has passed.  I cant stay here any longer.  She waited 8 months to finally try to remedy the issue and I have never been late nor missed my rent and I feel that says a lot about me as a person.  Most people would have held the rent until the matter is fixed  I have only had two weeks of peace when I first moved in.  Since May 26, 2014 I have lived in totally misery with the squirrels.

Claudia Reid- Building 28 Community Manager promised to make good on Squirrel Issue

The Community Manager and the Assistant Manager  came to the apartment to see for themselves what the issue was and they were astonished over the hole in the AC/HEAT room. The Assistant Manager took pictures and set up construction on Wednesday to open the walls  and clear out what's in the building.   We talked and apologized to each other for the lack of respect we've shown each other over the months. She acknowledge that there is a problem and she is going to fix it. She also acknowledge that there was water damage as well. That happened before I moved in... So you now what that means... BLACK MOLD
She said that there is something clearly here in the building why the squirrels keep coming back.  She is going to do an inspection finally!  And inspect everyone's apartment to find any loose ends to secure the building.

I am so pleased and a bit secure that she is finally coming through.  But I didn't like really was the fact that she is relying on head of maintenance again to fix the issue when it was him that stated in the first place and more than once that there is no entry whatsoever for the squirrels and he made me believe several times and made it look like I was crazy.

Then he told the Community Manager that I was crazy.  Well I guess I wasn't ... wasn't I.
